GTA 6 Clippers / Campaign checklist: brief to submission
Campaign checklist: brief to submission
Know what to check before you edit, post and submit.
A RUCKUS Clipping site GTA 6 Clippers is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Rockstar North, Take-Two Interactive or other rightsholders. Grand Theft Auto and all related marks and images belong to their owners. This is an independent clipping network run by fans of the game.
Before you edit
Open the actual campaign and save its current brief. Confirm the source pack, allowed platforms, account requirements, payout model, rate, minimums, cap and submission deadline. Campaign settings control the work; a Discord message is not a replacement for a published rule.
Build to the editing guide
- Use only the authorized source files and permitted music.
- Match the example clips, aspect ratio, length and caption treatment named in the brief.
- Make the opening understandable and preserve what the speaker actually meant.
- Include required handles, tags, links and paid-content disclosures.
- Check the exported file on a phone for clipped captions, audio problems and unreadable text.
RP server and creator campaign examples
These sample requirements show what a brief can ask for. The actual campaign supplies its own assets, wording, placements and timing.
- Use the supplied transparent logo in the top left throughout the clip.
- Show the approved server-name banner for the opening three seconds.
- Use footage from that server and its approved source pack.
- Add the approved server handle and destination where the brief requires them.
- Use the creator’s approved VOD and retain the required handle or watermark.
- Show a banner such as “@[Creator] · Playing on [Server]” when that server relationship is part of the brief.
- Keep the facecam, reaction and important gameplay visible.
- Credit and tag the creator; use the approved stream or channel destination.
Example placements using our GTA6LARP banner scene and a GTA VI trailer still. These are illustrations, not a live RP server or client campaign. A real campaign supplies matching footage, logos and approved wording.
What makes the placement ready for approval?
- Correct assets: use the exact file from the asset pack, preserve its proportions and follow the approved colors.
- Readable on a phone: keep logos, captions and banners inside the safe area shown in the campaign template, away from platform buttons and the bottom caption area.
- Exact wording and timing: the brief should say whether a logo stays throughout, how long a banner appears and which tags, links and disclosures are required.
- No obstructed moment: overlays must not cover subtitles, faces, the key action or essential HUD information.
- Preview before posting: compare the exported clip to the annotated example and obtain a draft approval when the campaign requires it.
For a joint creator and server campaign, agree the primary destination, logo order and both parties’ permissions before clippers start. Give them one approved overlay template and one review route.
Check whether a draft is required
Some campaigns require pre-post approval. Upload the draft, respond to revision notes and wait for approval before publishing. Use the account approved for that campaign.
Post, then submit the link
For a posting campaign, publish on the approved public account and submit its live URL. Current Content Rewards terms specify submission within 30 minutes of posting. Check the campaign and applicable terms for the exact process. Keep a record of your source, draft, live link and submission receipt.
What a reviewer checks
The published brief is the baseline. Review source permission, context, required elements, editing requirements, posting account and the submission window. Record a decision and a specific reason. A failed requirement should be named so the clipper understands what to change. A quality checklist helps preparation; it does not guarantee approval or payment.
Feedback, corrections and disputes
Follow the platform’s revision or appeal process. Do not delete or alter a submitted post to hide a problem; ask how a correction should be handled. Flag suspicious activity for investigation. A sudden view spike alone does not establish fraud.
Approval and payment are different stages
Approval is followed by the campaign’s validation and payout rules. CPM, per-post and retainer campaigns have different mechanics. Check your balance and status in Content Rewards, with withdrawals through Whop. RUCKUS bills its studio fee to the buyer separately.
RUCKUS operating standard
Before launch we agree the review coverage, prepare a short brief and annotated examples, and assign a named reviewer. The review log should record the submission, decision, rule involved and next action. Repeated errors feed back into the guide and training. Weekly reports separate submissions, approvals, qualifying views, spend and measured destination actions.
